Products

Do the bug nets still work if I have window deflectors?

Yes, our bug nets are compatible with all window deflectors except bug nets for Ford Transit 2015 and above which are only compatible with WeatherTech brand deflectors.

How do your mosquito nets attach to my vehicle doors?

All our bug nets are removable and attach temporarily to the body of your vehicle with magnets and/or a hook-and-loop. Rest assured, no hook-and-loop is visible on the exterior body of your van !

Could your bug nets damage the paint on my van?

All our bug nets are meticulously designed, carefully selecting materials to protect the paint and bodywork of your van.

How should I install my bug nets?

Our bug nets are very easy to install. They slip directly onto the door and simply attach to the body of the van!

Do you accept custom orders for any vehicle?

We do not offer custom products at this time with the exception of our custom mattresses. If you have a question about the compatibility of our products with your van, please send us a request to info@peaceout.ca with as much detail as possible.

Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are designed and manufactured proudly in Montreal, Canada. We support the local economy, by promoting Canadian resources and labor.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card payments.

Can I pay in several installments?

Shipping

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $120 before taxes anywhere in Canada.

If your order is less than $120, the shipping cost is calculated when you finalize your purchases.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us in which will include the name of the carrier and the tracking number.

What is the shipping time?

Our standard shipping time is 3 to 9 business days* for any in-stock item.

Are you in a hurry? We offer you the possibility of choosing an Express delivery service with a delay of 1 to 2 working days*.

*Delivery time is approximate and cannot be assured. Due to factors beyond our control, delivery may take longer.

The shipping time is longer than expected, is this normal?

Sometimes delivery time may be longer than expected due to reasons beyond our control. If the delay exceeds 9 business days, please contact us at info@peaceout.ca so that we can help you with this situation.

Where do you ship from?

All of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Canada.

Where do you deliver?

We offer delivery throughout Canada and the United States

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

Currently, we only offer the possibility of picking up our custom-made mattresses at our warehouse. All other orders will be delivered to your doorstep.

My package says delivered, but I haven't received anything. What can I do ?

Sometimes a package will be marked as delivered by the carrier prematurely. If your package does not arrive within the next 24-48 hours, your shipment may have been lost or stolen. PeaceOut cannot be held responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages.

It is possible to add protection insurance when paying for your order in order to protect your purchase during transport.

What is the refund time if I return a product?

Following approval of your refund request, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
