Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are designed and made in Canada: we value local craftsmanship and ressources.

How do I setup your minivan bug nets on my van?

Our bug nets are removable and attach temporarily to your vehicle’s body using a magnetic system and/or a hook-and-loop tape system. Rest assured, no hook-and-loop tape is visible on the exterior of your van!

How do I setup your front door RV bug nets on my van?

Our bug nets are removable and attach temporarily to your vehicle’s body using a magnetic system.

How do I install your bug screen on my van?

Our bug screen attaches to the van's body using metal fasteners placed under the OEM rubber molding. We recommend watching the installation video for a better understanding by clicking here.

Do you accept custom orders for any vehicle?

We don't offer custom covers at this time except for our custom mattresses.

Do the bug nets that slide onto the front and sliding doors still work if I have window deflectors?

Yes, our bug nets for RV's and minivans front doors, as well as sliding door bug nets for minivans, are compatible with window deflectors, except for the front door bug nets designed for Ford Transit 2015 and newer models.

Shipping & Returns

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free standard delivery on orders over $349 before taxes everywhere in Canada and United States.

If your order is under $349, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Our standard delivery time is 3 to 9 business days* for any in stock items.

In a hurry? We offer the option of Express shipping with a 1 to 2 business day* timeframe.

*The delivery time is an estimated timeframe and cannot be guaranteed. For reasons beyond our control, couriers may sometimes experience additional delays.

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in Canada and in the United States

Can I pickup my order at your warehouse?

Currently, we only offer to pickup orders for custom mattresses. All other orders will be shipped by a courrier to you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing the carrier's name and the tracking number.

The delivery time is longer than expected, is this normal?

Sometimes, delivery times may be longer than expected due to reasons beyond our control. If the delay exceeds 9 business days, please contact us at info@peaceout.ca so we can assist you with the situation.

The delivery status of my order says "delivered," but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

Sometimes, a package may be marked as delivered by the carrier prematurely. If your package does not arrive within the next 24 to 48 hours, it may have been lost or stolen. PeaceOut will not be held responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages.

You can add shipping protection at checkout to protect your purchase during transit.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges for any defective product at no cost to you.

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or exchange it because of a selection error, this is also possible. Additional fees will apply.

How long should I wait to receive my refund?

Once your refund request has been approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

All our products are built to last. Our bug nets, screens and storage bags come with a lifetime warranty on their craftsmanship, while our mattresses are covered by a 3-year warranty.
