Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for any defective product at no cost to you.
If you wish to return an item because you changed you mind or exchange an item because you chose the wrong product, this is also possible. However, additional fees will apply.
Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible for custom-made mattresses.
To approve your return, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, with no damage. It must include the original tags and be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is also required.
Returns must be initiated within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied, and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
The items returned without any return request
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 15 days of purchase. We will assess the issue and find a solution promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or issues with an item at info@peaceout.ca.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are unfortunately not eligible for returns.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
